Robles Video Productions has been serving the greater Southern California area for over 25 years. Our company uses state of the art cinematic technology that provides our clients the ability to customize for their specific event. We have a beautiful studio located in Brea, and welcome all of our clients to meet us.
Our cinematic style wedding films utilize the Canon 5D Mark IV camera that produces a full frame HD 1080p format. This resolution provides a superb higher picture quality over documentary style. The Canon camera also utilizes multiple lenses for depth of field shots and rack focusing. The cinematic style also can be used on a stedicam rig for 360° shots and a slider for smooth movement and reveal shots. The final edit can be delivered as a feature film1 or a highlight film2. Contact us for pricing.
1 Feature Film: Approx. 1.5-2.5 hours: Both cameras are edited together to show the entire wedding day in chronological order. Specifically, the ceremony, speeches, toast, and special dances (first dance, mother-son dance, father-daughter dance, performances) are shown in whole with live audio. We do dub music over parts where it is mute, such as venue & decor shots, preparation shots, cocktail hour & dinner. The feature film is delivered as an online link.
2 Highlight Film: Approx 10-15 min: Mostly set to music, with some audio bites intertwined. We choose the most important scenes and time it to the music. Most of the highlight is in chronological order, with the exception of the opening and closing (this is to the editors creative choice). Clients tell us that they watch their highlights many more times than their feature film. The highlight film typically will not include the cocktail hour, food or dinner shots. The highlight film is delivered as an online link.
Please note that the length of both films really vary on the number of hours you hire us for and the number of events you have on your wedding day.
